Lydia Salnikova is a Russian-born, American-raised singer-songwriter, pianist, and composer recognized for her blend of pop, classical, and adult contemporary sensibilities. Formally trained in piano and composition from a young age, she first gained widespread national attention as a lead vocalist and keyboardist for the Grammy-nominated country-pop group SHeDAISY. Following her tenure with the band, Salnikova established a successful solo career, self-producing albums such as Hallway and Valentine Circle, while continuing to compose music for television, film, and independent collaborative studio projects.
