Free Use Terms
You may use our music as free background music in non-music, non-ambient content on free video platforms and social media, including monetized content, under the following conditions:

• You must include the full provided and unaltered credit text, in the content description or as a pinned comment.
• The credit must specify the artist, track title, and links to the original Audio Sanctum YouTube and spotify content provided during download.
• Unauthorized usage constitutes copyright infringement enforceable under applicable laws.

• Use music in games, ads, apps, events, movies, audiobooks, podcasts, radio, TV, museums, theaters, CDs, public spaces, wellness, coaching, digital products, online courses, presentations, phone systems, concerts, festivals, art installations, public transportation, or theme parks without a license.
• Use music in livestreams, music videos, remixes, or similar music-focused content without prior approval.
• Sample, remix, or create derivative works without a license.
• Upload music to content ID systems, music rights administration platforms, or distribute it through unauthorized channels.
• Claim ownership of, sell, or offer our music for download on any platform or medium.

• AI training, dataset inclusion, algorithmic processing, or neural network analysis
• AI-generated music, remixes, modifications, or derivatives
• AI-powered rights management, fingerprinting, or metadata tagging systems
• AI-assisted composition, synthesis, or voice cloning technologies
• Scientific, academic, commercial, or research use in AI applications

Users are limited to 5 downloads of each track and each album to prevent misuse of free-use features. Engaging in activities that abuse free-use policies may result in:

• Permanent account termination without previous warning.
• Restriction of future sign-ups.
• Ineligibility for future free-use terms.

Content uploaded to platforms like YouTube will receive automated copyright claims at first, to ensure compliance with our Free Use Terms. Claims will be reviewed within 48 hours of appearing in our system. Users must not appeal claims directly through platform processes, as this can delay resolution.

For disputes involving multiple rights holders, we will attempt to resolve the issue within our network, but we do not guarantee resolution. Users are encouraged to contact us directly for assistance in such cases.

We may automate claim reviews in the future using AI technology, which is intended to assist human processes. Automated processes are subject to errors, and users must accept potential delays in resolution.

Users may voluntarily donate through Donorbox to support artists, service maintenance, and the mission of Audio Sanctum. Donations do not grant any additional rights or licenses.

We collect blanket licensing royalties from platforms for content uploaded under Free Use Terms. These royalties are not the responsibility of content creators and do not involve them directly. Users will not receive content claims as a result of this process.

• Pornographic or sexually explicit.
• Illegal or promotes illegal activities.
